In-Storm |
Natural tracers (environmental isotopes and major ions) sampled in a wadi draining a 2.6 km2 catchment proved the importance of direct flow components: The wadi followed the temporal input signal of precipitation and was less mineralized than any underground water source. During storm events continuous overland flow was observed on entire hillslopes.
